Terms & Conditions
Thank you for the privilege you provided to us to serve your tax filing needs and other business requirements. By entering and using ClickMyTax.com you indicate that you accept the terms conditions set out below and that you agree to be bound by and subject to them. These Terms describe the way in which you may use our services, and the way in which we will deliver the services you requested us to deliver.

If you have questions about any terms, please contact us at info@clickmytax.com. Your use of the services is entirely conditioned on and subject to your compliance with the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, do not proceed to access the site or use the Service.

  1. We will deliver all services to you based on the information that you provide to us. We will gather necessary information from you through tax planning document or orally over telephone or in written format through email or otherwise. We will seek such additional information from you, as may be necessary to satisfactorily complete your tax return filing obligations or other services you requested.
  2. The purpose of the engagement of tax preparation is not to audit or otherwise verify validity of the information submitted by you for processing your tax returns or delivering other services. However we may seek certain additional information / clarification should it be necessary for us to plan & prepare your tax returns or deliver other services to you.
  3. Under this engagement, we don’t design any procedures to discover any defects or irregularities, should they exist in any of the documents / information you submit to us.
  4. Preparation & filing of tax returns: a) Based upon the documents and information you provide to us, we will prepare and provide to you your draft tax returns. b) You must review your tax returns and other annexure carefully and let us know in case you have any questions concerning the returns. c) Once you are satisfied with your returns we will let you know our fee. You must communicate your consent to us and we will then file  your tax returns with the appropriate authorities. d) No part of the fee we receive from you shall be refundable.
  5. You are ultimately responsible for your tax returns and, therefore, you should review them carefully before you sign, file them or instruct us to file them on your behalf. It is your responsibility to provide all the information (including its accuracy) required for the preparation of complete and accurate returns. You should retain all documents, cancelled checks and other data form the basis of income and deductions. These may be necessary to prove the accuracy and completeness of the returns to tax authority.
  6. We will use knowledgeable judgment in preparing your taxes and resolving questions where the tax law is unclear or where there may be different interpretations of the law. We will endeavour to resolve such questions in your favour whenever possible if there is a reasonable justification for doing so. Whenever a possibly applicable tax law is unclear or there are conflicting interpretations of the law by authorities (e.g., tax agencies and courts), we will explain to you the possible positions that may be taken on your return. We will follow whatever position you request, so long as it is consistent with the codes and regulations and interpretations that have been promulgated. If the authorities should later contest the position taken, there may be an assessment of additional tax plus interest and penalties. We assume no liability for any such additional penalties or assessment.
  7. We also offer other tax, accounting and consulting services. In case you are willing to avail any of our other services we will be happy to discuss the terms and conditions.
  8. All disputes shall be subject to the state and federal courts of state of Texas.
