Tax Preparers

Roles and responsibilities:
  - Communicating with clients with respect to routing tax related matters.
  - Clarifying client queries, helping them understand tax returns prepared by the firm.
  - Following up with clients and obtain information required to complete tax preparation.
  - Preparation of tax returns using client source information and documents. Tax returns should be          ready for review and efiling.
  - Support Tax reviewers / seniors in the firm.

Desired Qualifications & Skills : Bachelors degree or higher in any stream, excellent communication skills, fluency in MS office, minimum of 2 year of experience as Tax Preparer is must.

Tax Reviewers

Roles and responsibilities:
  - Review and finalization of tax returns for signing by CPA and efiling.
  - Accomplish tax deadlines.
  - Maintain highest quality standards in tax preparation.
  - Manage and supervise Tax Preparers.
  - Manage client communication on routine tax matters and queries.
  - Continuously explore ways and processes to optimize tax preparation.

Desired Qualifications & Skills : Bachelors degree or higher in any stream, excellent communication skills, fluency in MS office, minimum of 4 years of experience as Tax Preparer and/or Tax Reviewer is must.
